One of dozens of adaptations of the classic Shaker tripod table, this little beauty is truly a classic in its own right. The drawers open from both sides, so that a seamstress might work from both sides of the table. These tables were to be found in almost all rooms within a community.
It is available in Cherry and Pine natural finishes, and all typical period colors. The original is in the permanent collection at the Mt. Lebanon, NY community.
